ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

RATES:

We use USPS shipping rates to calculate the shipping costs. Orders over $200 receive free shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY:​

We are not responsible for items that have been lost or stolen either in transit or upon delivery by the shipping company (USPS). Any item that has been lost or stolen in transit or after delivery will not be refunded or replaced.

We are not shipping internationally at this time, but please check back often for updates!

RETURNS/REFUNDS

All items are vintage and/or pre-owned. As such, there may be signs of wear and age. We do the best to our ability to accurately depict any aging or other damage if applicable and price accordingly. When necessary, we will have items cleaned or serviced/repaired prior to making available for sale. Vintage sizing can vary a great deal, and we typically provide measurements to assist with sizing. We ask you that you make note of the item and reach out to us for any further questions or images PRIOR to making your purchase as we do not offer refunds or take returns.

  • Do you consign?
    At this time, we do not accept general consignment solicitations. Sorry!
  • I have some really cool stuff. Will you buy it?
    We totally believe you! We're always sourcing items, so please email us at bridgeandtunnelvtg@gmail.com.
  • I bought this awesome item but it doesn't fit. Can I return it?
    Great question. Unfortunately, we generally do not accept returns. We provide measurements and sizing info (when available) in the original listing, so please be certain to check before purchase.
  • I ordered a really cool item but never received it. Can you refund?
    Ugh we HATE when that happens! Fortunately, most shipping companies provide photographic proof when your package has been delivered. Unfortunately, porch pirates are gonna pirate your loot, so please make any necessary arrangements to ensure your package gets into the right hands. Once we ship an item, we are no longer responsible if it is lost or stolen while in transit or upon delivery. Sorry. :(
  • I want to buy a bunch of stuff. Can I get a discount?
    Thank you for shopping with us! We have special promos and discounts and pop-up sales. Please join our Guest List to receive emails for upcoming deals and more. We do not offer any other discount at this time.
